1. Trademark Sarthi will not be responsible for the consequences resulting from delayed submission of documents or information from your end. We are not responsible for the credit or refund of the money (filing fees or taxes) paid to government entities or any third party affiliates. Also, TMS cannot refund you the money which you have directly made to the third parties.

2. If you wish to exchange our product/service with a different one, you need to request for the same and complete the replacement order process within 30 days of purchase. Nevertheless, it is applicable only if the original order has not been completed by us yet. The purchase money of the initial order, less the amount paid to government entities or to the third party having a role in processing your order, will be adjusted towards the replacement order. Any payments made directly by you to any of our affiliates are not eligible for credit or exchange.

3. Kindly note, Trademark Sarthi cannot guarantee results of any particular service extended. For instance, the government rejecting your trademark application for any legal reason which is beyond our scope of service. In a few cases, it would take a long time for the registration and other related procedures to complete due to government backlog. There are cases where the government websites go down and your order may not be completed as expected. Likewise, we do not guarantee the services extended by our affiliates. Issues like such are beyond our control and are not covered in the guarantee.

4. We are dedicating our effort and time in facilitating you with the services asked for. Our guarantee covers only the satisfaction issues caused by Trademark Sarthi – not changes to your state of mind or situation.
